Cover/recover your glare shield with our vinyl glare shield product. The high quality vinyl, which reduces glare and is heat and crack resistant, is specifically designed for this application. It is easy to work with this pliable material which can be stretched in three directions and easily adheres around compound curves.
The vinyl is sold in units and one unit measures 18 inches long by 54 inches wide and weighs 9 ounces. The minimum purchase is one unit. When ordering additional units, the product will increase by 18 inches per unit (quantity). The width will remain 54 inches.
We recommend 3M 1357 contact adhesive that comes in a tube and can be brushed on.
This material meets the flammability requirements of 14 CFR 23.853 Horizontal.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping is prepaid for all orders made via our website. Shipping charges on orders made in-person or by phone will be calculated and charged with the order at time of shipment.
Cancellation/Returns:
If you cancel an order within 48 hours and/or prior to material being cut, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. After we have cut material but before shipment, we may refund up to 50% of the purchase price. Once an item ships, all sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
Fit Issues:
If your product does not fit as intended, we will work with you to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us of a fit issue within 90 days of receiving the product with accompanying photos. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning products to SCS.
