This is our direct-to-consumer business, developed over the last 15+ years. Don't let the website fool you, it's not even close to all we do.
The other facet of what we do is business-to-business. We partner with other manufacturing companies and function as their upholstery department.
This means prototyping new products, creating designs and test sews, and eventually producing large scale production runs.
Cushion Manufacturing
Here are some photos at our "West" facility, purchased in 2022, we acquired the building next door our main shop to expand our footprint and add in this laser cutting machine, primarily to serve our Cushion manufacturing line.
Having the ability to laser or knife cut improves our agility, efficiency, and quality.
Laser cut edges of Sunbrella acrylic outdoor rated fabric means these edges will never fray, nor do they need serged. We are committed to the highest quality and we invest in the right tools and technology to accomplish our customer's goals.
We have a team of high-skilled and high-trained sewers, supported by a fleet of Juki pneumatic sewing machines.
